CODE CLUB COORDINATOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS — Version 3

1. YOUR ROLE
You are registering as a Code Club Coordinator. You will introduce, enrol, and manage students in the Code Club programme at your assigned school(s), and you will collect student fees on behalf of the programme.

2. COORDINATOR REGISTRATION FEE
Registration is ₦30,000 (thirty thousand naira) per year, payable at the time of registration. The number of years paid for is chosen during registration and must be selected at checkout. This fee is non-refundable and grants you the rights described in Section 4.

3. PER-STUDENT FEES
Each student enrolled in your Code Club pays a total of ₦9,000 (nine thousand naira), made up of:
(a) ₦1,000 — Platform Access Fee. Payable immediately upon enrolment. A student cannot access any Code Club content, lessons, or platform features until this fee has been received and recorded on the platform.
(b) ₦8,000 — Examination, Club Running, and Certificate Fee. Payable before the examination period. This covers examination administration, running costs of your Code Club, and certificate processing for the student.

4. WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION FEE BUYS YOU
Provided your registration fee is fully paid and up to date:
(a) You retain the ₦8,000 per-student Examination, Club Running, and Certificate Fee as your operating revenue. You are not required to remit this amount to the platform.
(b) You are required to remit only the ₦1,000 per-student Platform Access Fee to the platform.
(c) You are authorised to operate a Code Club at the school(s) linked to your account and to enrol students under the programme.
If your registration fee lapses or is unpaid, the retention right in clause 4(a) does not apply, and the platform may require you to remit the full ₦9,000 per student until your registration is renewed.

5. COLLECTION AND REMITTANCE
(a) The ₦1,000 Platform Access Fee must be remitted to the platform within seven (7) days of collection from the student.
(b) The ₦8,000 Examination, Club Running, and Certificate Fee is retained by you, but must be recorded on the platform for each student so that certificate eligibility can be verified.
(c) You must not alter, delay, or misrepresent amounts collected from students.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT
(a) A student who has not paid the ₦1,000 Platform Access Fee shall be denied access to the platform.
(b) A student who has not paid the ₦8,000 Examination and Certificate Fee by the published examination deadline shall not be permitted to sit for examinations and shall not be issued a certificate until the fee is settled.
(c) A Coordinator who fails to remit the ₦1,000 per-student fees within the period in Section 5(a), or who misrepresents collected fees, may have their account suspended, their schools disabled, and may be liable to repay the outstanding amount.

7. REFUNDS
All fees received by the platform, once reconciled, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the platform has caused a verified service failure.

8. DATA AND PRIVACY
You will handle student data (names, admission numbers, contact details, and progress records) in accordance with the platform's privacy policy. You must not share, sell, or export student data outside the platform without written consent from the platform or the student's parent or guardian.

9. CONDUCT
You agree to act professionally, represent the Code Club programme accurately, and not make commitments, offers, or guarantees on behalf of the platform that have not been expressly authorised in writing.

10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement. The platform may suspend or terminate your Coordinator account at any time for breach of these terms, non-remittance of fees, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms students or the platform's reputation. On termination, your right to retain the ₦8,000 per-student fee ends immediately.

11. AMENDMENTS
The platform may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
